At PBR Shop, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your sports equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
